Pransh Pesticides Advisory Pvt. Ltd. prepares CIB&RC import permits for Delhi NCR importers of boric acid, biocides, cyanides and other scheduled chemicals. Applications are filed online on Form IA, and consignments are checked at ICD Tughlakabad, ICD Patparganj, ICD Dadri and IGI Airport air cargo.
How do we support Delhi NCR importers?
The CIB&RC Secretariat is in Faridabad, and our Sector 79 office is a short drive away. When a file needs a follow-up visit or a query needs clarifying, it happens the same day.
NCR manufacturers import biocides for paints and adhesives, boric acid for glass and electrical insulation, and cyanides for electroplating and auto-component finishing. Most consignments clear at the inland container depots or the air cargo terminal.

What documents should be ready?
- Applicant name and address, and the premises where the chemical will be stored or used
- Name of the chemical, its minimum purity and the source of import (overseas manufacturer or exporter)
- The product you manufacture with it, the function it performs and the percentage used
- Valid industrial licence, factory licence or other specified proof of the manufacturing facility
- Licensed and installed production capacity
- Pollution Control Board consent (Consent to Establish / Operate)
- Quantities imported and consumed in each of the last three financial years, with the final product made from them (a CA certificate is the usual evidence)
