In short

Indian pesticide exporters may need registration for export, an import permit for scheduled raw materials used in export production, and a free sale certificate from CIB&RC confirming the product's status in India. Under the 2026 Rules, export-linked import permit applications must include foreign buyer details and an advance licence where applicable.

What is registration for export?

A product made in India only for export can be registered for that purpose, with data requirements that differ from domestic registration.

How do export-linked import permits work?

When a scheduled substance is imported to make goods for export, Form IA asks for the foreign buyer's details and an advance licence where applicable. We align the application with your export order and licence.

What is a free sale certificate?

Many importing countries ask for a certificate confirming the product's regulatory status in the country of origin before they register it. We prepare the request so the certificate matches the registration details exactly.

Which documents are needed?

  • Certificate of registration (for FSC)
  • Manufacturing licence
  • Product specification
  • Foreign buyer details and advance licence (for export-linked imports)

The exact list depends on your product and business; we confirm it before filing.
